Hello!   It seems that the real cold weather is finally here. Therefore, I'd like to dedicate this post to the different different coat styles that are of trend this season and that you can go shopping NOW. Definetely, the winter coat is  the star piece during winter time. In Sweden I have sometimes had trouble to find the perfect coat(s) that will keep me warm but that it is fancy at the same time. However, nothing is impossible with a warm base layer beneath your clothes or a thin down jacket under your favourite autumn coat.   I have selected some styles that I think are nice all autumna and winter around.   1. OVERSIZE COAT. it's been on trend for the last couple of seasons now and we mostly know them as oversize or cocoon.  They're great to elevate a casual outfit if your coat adds a bit of colour pop.       Coat H&M 1299 kr     2. MAXI COAT. It came big last year and this season is here to stay. The longer the better and if it includes belt in the waist, even better. We'll get a cool look if we find it in that militar vibe or masculine.          Weekday 1500 sek Zara 559 Sek   3. THE PEACOAT. it is a must on every trendy girl's wardrobe. It combines with anything and everything; casual or formal. THE BOMBER. but this time in a more sophisticated and elegant cut, the longer cut. I have seen more and more bomber jackets in a longer version and I love the result. It is a huge trend this season and they look great for formal and informal occasions.       Uterqüe 150 €   5. The Teddy Coat. not to be confused with the fur jackets. This coat ressembles the fur of our childhood teddy bears. They're so on trend and bring a naive look to your outfit, great for those Mod 60's looks.   Urban Outfitters 69£   Topshop 89£   6. DOWN JACKET. (also called puffy coats) For me, the best option for winter together with the fur jackets. They're warm and functional, plus they're waterproof. Lucky enough, this season these jackets are strong and we could see a great street style runway last winter during fashion week in New York.     Mango 2499 Sek Zara 1199 Sek   7. The Faux-Fur Coat. This season's faux-fur coats are in funny colors and patterns. Get yourself a leopard fur or a black and white. You'll turn heads! Being it fur, puffy, padded, maxi or short, the main thing here is to pick a coat that makes a difference with great colours, patterns and combinations.
