Bountysnacks

Bounty älskare som jag är var jag bara tvungen att pröva Johannas bounty muffins. Anledningen till att konsistensen på kokosen inte riktigt ser ut att vara detsamma är för att jag la i lite extra kokos i efterhand men det är absolut inte nödvändigt. Jag valde även att göra dessa i små knäckformar för att det skulle bli lite mer snacksaktigt. Receptet hittar ni HÄR.   UPDATE: I forgot to post the recipe in english, but here u go: 60 g optional chocolate 2 tbsp coconut oil4 tbsp coconut flakes2 tablespoons "dry" sweetening (sugar, stevia, vanilla sugar, Sukrin ...)4-5 tbsp water2 muffin cups 1. Melt half (30g) of chocolate in the microwave or over a water bath.2. Put the chocolate in both molds3. Take out a pan and put the plate on fairly low heat. Pour coconut oil, coconut flakes, sweetener and water. Stir until the consistency has become a solid mass, but stirring constantly while heating for it not to burn into.4. When the consistency has become solid, remove the muffin molds out of the freezer and benefits of coconut batter into the molds both as a new layer on top of the chocolate. Set in the freezer.5. Melting then the remaining half of the chocolate in the microwave or over a waterbath and distribute the chocolate in the two molds by covering coconut batter.6. Set the freezer and let stand at least 30 minutes. Then you can set it in the fridge for a while before serving instead!   Emelie
