Pictures from Glamour, Vogue, Style.com among others On Wednesday, Nicholas Ghesquère showed his resort collection for Louis Vuitton. He has definitely find a LV-woman he goes for season after season, but he always surprises with updated versions of this particular woman as the trends change. In this collection, we saw mini shorts that rather looked like underpants. But also the total opposite - maxidresses and wide long pants combined with long-sleeved blouses. And the heels that we've seen at Louis Vuitton the last couple of seasons were replaced with flats. More precisely a LV-version of sneakers, brogues and flip-flops. Everything, of course with a retro feeling in true LV-spirit. The show took place in Palm Springs, LA, and beyond the show, the guests were also invited to an after-party including a Mexican buffet, bumper cars, even a claw machine where the guests could play and win a wallet by the brand. The guests included stars such as Miranda Kerr, Selena Gomez, Kanye West, Miroslava Duma and Grimes (who also was the DJ for the night), among many others.
