Ilse Crawford for Ikea

Ikea has a very exciting collaboration on its way, with no one else than Ilse Crawford. The British designer has created  a collection with about 30 products, and back in February, during Stockholm Design Week, we could see a glimpse of the collection at the hotel Ett Hem. For Ikea, that is known for very simple, cheap and ordinary interior, this is a new style and a new kind of collaboration for the company, that definitely will attract many customers. There is a very natural feeling over the collection, and almost every item is in neutral hues, made of natural materials such as cork and wood. A very minimalistic design, yet it feels more luxurious and unique than Ikea's ordinary products. I'm very excited to see the whole collection, especially after seeing the sofa (in the lower corner), that really is the perfect outdoor sofa. Det finns en väldigt naturlig känsla över kollektionen och nästintill varje produkt är i neutrala nyanser, gjorda av naturliga material såsom kork och trä. En väldigt minimalistisk design som samtidigt känns mer lyxig och unik än Ikeas vanliga produkter. Jag är väldigt exalterad på att få se hela kollektionen, speciellt efter att jag såg soffan (i nedre hörnet), det är verkligen den perfekta utomhussoffan. Hela kollektionen lanseras världen över i augusti.
