For a long time I've been trying to make a kick ass fish taco, but I haven't quite gotten there yet. So when my favourite food blogger Sofie posted a recipe of the "ultimate fish taco", naturally I had to try it!  It was delicious!! The heat and sweetness from the mango/peach-salad, the freshness from the lime crema, the crispy fried fish.
