Today I got my swim! Hooray!! Duncan came with me to make sure that I had somewhere to pop my bag while I splashed around. I'm very grateful. I'm celebrating with a cup of tea (!), first one in months - 'cause today it's only 27 degrees instead of 37 >< The other day while I was going through the memory cards in my cameras I found a bunch that I never posted, so let's hop back to a time when it was much colder out, shall we?  It was November and we had been invited to Linda's place for nibbles & drinks. This was before she went vegan so cheese & charcuterie was on the menu :)  And Champagne! A luxurious night, apparently.  It was Linda, me, Kat & Thomas. The latter hid in the window :) It was Linda's housewarming so we came with gifts: a toastie-maker (not a toaster but one of those that squeeze them together, if that makes sense??) plus a bag full of things to put in it (toast, nice cheese, ham, mustard etc) There's at least one of these pics from every night at Linda's (formerly Rosy's place - same thing then), haha..  At one point there was line dancing??  A really fun night :) Now Paris is pretty much empty, everyone seems to be out of town. But guess what? Soon we'll be too! Hooray!
