    Thursday affirmation & body talk

    "I eat and move to nourish both my mind, body and soul. I remind myself to be nice to myself and show lots of love, both towards myself and others"

    This has become a pretty common affirmation for me but for good reason. I honestly just feel like its the most important reminder for me right now (and probably for a lot of you guys as well). Sometimes I just forget to listen to myself and get caught up in everything that is going on around me. Lately my digestion has been really bad and my body's been feeling off, but I'm having a hard time determining what's causing it which is making me frustrated... So I've made it my mission to really listen to my body, eat lots of plant based whole foods that are kind to my tummy and be as kind as possible towards myself. 

    Let's be nice to ourselves today and treat our bodies with respect ♥

    Spring is on its way here by the way, that honestly makes me so happy
