Immune boosting smoothie

Ugh.. Is it just me who's been feeling a bit sluggish lately? I'm on my usual grind, eating all the foods that normally make my body feel good and I move a lot, but I still feel like something's a little bit off. Yesterday att uni we were running intermittent running tests and I just could not move my legs, it almost felt like I was running in slow motion haha. Because of that I figured I'd start my Friday with an immune boosting smoothie to try and really nourish my body and provide it with lots of micro nutrients that can help get it back on track.  Immune boosting smoothie 3-4 handfuls of spinach 1 frozen banana1 kiwi  1/2 lemon 1 lime Ginger (I use a lot, I like it spicy!) Bare blends bare greens  Bare blends organic vanilla protein  Normally I would also add some avocado into this mix just to make sure I stay full throughout the day and get some healthy fats in my body. However, I didn't have any avocado at home today but you could put some nut butters or chia seeds in there instead to get all those good fats in your body! Happy Friday sisters!
