The Small Start Sales Funnel The awareness of the app will initially be spread in a small scale via the word of mouth and by friends recommendations. The smart and interesting function of the app, as well as the small scale introduction at the market, will create an interest for the product. The function of the app by uniting the functions of different digital platforms in one will make the decision process to download it an easy choise for the customers that already are using these functions on a daily basis. Action: the app is free to download, a factor that also makes the decision to download it even easier. Strategy:As the company will have a lean start up we are not bugeting for any marketing campaign during the first year. We are using the WOM and friends recommendations to wake the awareness, as well as we are niched geographicly only to Barcelona. Like that we will be close to the consumers and find out how they are using the app and how we can approve it before we reach out for a bigger market and start the marketing in a larger scale. After the first year we will know the conumers and we have had the time to develop a good product to fit their needs.
