Christmas Pancake Stack - Easy "Almost Weekend" Recipe

Friday is finally here and so I thought why not kick off the weekend a bit earlier with some easy-peasy pancakes for lunch (since I'm working from home). I usually make thin pancakes, more the Swedish style and what I'm used to, buuuut I really do like a good stack of American pancakes. Simply, mix together the below ingredients, heat up a skillet on medium heat and scoop the batter in, brown on both sides!
