Last Wednesday on the 17th of May it was the Norwegian Constitution Day and since I’m half Norwegian I celebrated the whole day with friends. We started the day with champagne breakfast and summery strawberries before we headed to school at ten for a two our class. After school, we went to IKEA the most Swedish thing you can do and ate hotdogs. But per tradition you eat hot dogs on 17 of May so we just added a Swedish twist to it. After IKEA, we drove to town and enjoyed ice cream. It wasn’t the beast weather but at least it wasn’t cold. We then spent a few ours at my friends flat playing games and chatting before we headed out to eat at Pinchos.After dinner, we walked over to my favorite pub “Pipes” and then headed home really tired.  It was a great day!
