Male 45 + Grown up kids, good economic situation, goes on holliday with partner and/or friends. Ha alreday found out that tripadvisor is not for him, because he is looking for "new" places and concepts where not everybody already has been. He wants a total experience with good sevice - a genuine place with good/high quality food.
