Support your health and children's equal rights at the same time
In paid collaboration with NOTHING I don’t know about you, but during these times I can feel that it’s getting almost a bit overwhelming with all the sales & discounts. Black Friday, cyber Monday, endless discount coupons & Christmas sales. Shopping hysteria deluxe. Instead of this, I have teamed up with Nothing which I am already collaborating with, and instead of giving you a discount for the products, we will donate 15% of all the sales to a charity instead, for 24 hours starting 11 am today - till 11 am tomorrow. I got to choose which charity I resonate the most with in this moment - and I really appreciate Plan International (click for their link) work. If you would like to participate in the fight for children's rights and girls' equal conditions - they are the right organization. I have donated money to them various times before. A subject they are focusing on is genital mutilation on young girls, to set a stop to this horrible procedure. Genital mutilation is not only a gross violence against girls, those who are exposed also often suffer from painful complications that they have to live with for life. "The Uncut Girls Club" consists of 50 girls from the Bona Zuria district of Ethiopia and is an initiative supported by Plan International. If you had in mind to explore a natural way of taking care of your hygiene and armpits - and at the same time wants to support a good cause - this is your moment <3 If it’s one product I am very particular of using a natural one - it’s my deodorant. Our armpits is one of our main areas for the body’s lymphatic system to drain toxicity. There are more than 20 lymph nodes in the armpit which is working very hard to support our body to drain all the chemical stuff we get affected by daily (by choice and also all the other non-choosable junk). I also don’t believe in trying to stop our sweat, because the human body was created in a certain way - and we are supposed to sweat (and need to for our health). Sweating is our bodies’ way of regulating temperature and releasing toxins, two very crucial jobs. Antiperspirants and chemical-laden deodorants work to clog up pores and don’t allow the body to properly release the sweat necessary to cool down the body and release toxins.Luckily for our bodies, sweat isn’t what actually smells; it’s just a mixture of salt and water. What does create a more intense body odor is when sweat comes into contact with the natural bacteria that lives on our skin. Changing this reaction is easily done with a natural deodorant. About Nothing (click to come to their webpage)I have tried various natural deodorants and this one works for me. But obviously we all have different bodies and body structures, so it may work for you or may not. Your just have to try yourself through the jungle. Nothing Deodorants is made out of a combination of three natural salts. Sodium Bicarbonate, Sodium Sulfate & Sodium Carbonate. For the extra curious ones, you can read a very detailed explanation of where these salts is coming from and how they are working with the body CLICK HERE TO READ MORE Me and Nothing also share many of the same core values. And that’s important for me when I decide to work with a brand. They have named their product Nothing cause they want to show that it gives no harm for: ✯ humans✯ nature ✯ animals Nothing is:✯ vegan✯ no perfume✯ cruelty-free ✯ unisex The industry of cosmetics and skin-care has established a women/men segment that is absurd today. Selling the exact same products in a pink packaging for women and black for men – even having different prices for it and telling you it makes you more of a man or women. On their webpage you can read lots more in both Swedish and English <3
