SUNDAY SUMMARY.

Podcast of the week: Missing Richard SimmonsRemember eccentric fitness guru Richard Simmons? Well in 2014 he seemed to drop off the face of the earth. This podcast, held by one of his friends, tries to find out what happened. All very strange, a bit sad and absolutely fascinating. Only 8 episodes as well, so a quick listen. App of the week: BBC Earth Quiz You start out in the water with questions about marine life, then move on up to the jungle and eventually you make it out on to the grasslands. Challenge people live, collect pretty animal pictures and learn lots :)) I'm a bit addicted! TV show of the week: BBCs Planet EarthYes, my latest game addiction was spurred on by re-watching this. Such gorgeous photography and it's all just so soothing. Makes me realize how small I am and how my problems don't really matter in the long run (I'm feeling this in a good way). I watch an episode before bedtime and go to bed all relaxed with cute animals filling my thoughts. Book of the week: Quicksand by Steve Toltz. I was EXTREMELY excited when this book was released as Steve Toltz wrote my absolute favourite A fraction of the whole. I can't say that I'm as hooked on this one off the bat, but I'm enjoying it and I'm hoping that I'll get more in to it as I go. Fingers crossed. Highlight of the week: plants! Continuing on the nature-theme of the week with my own little cuttings! Spring is coming and this year I decided that I'm going to learn how to grow stuff myself. Took cuttings off two different plants plus put an avocado seed in water. The ivy that I put in water two days ago already has THREE LITTLE BABIES!!!! Noticing this today made my whole day. With a bit of luck we'll soon have quite the jungle here YAY.
