SATURDAY AT HELLFEST.

2 more days of Hellfest coming up friends! Saturday started with Koritni, a band I didn't know at all until very recently.  The singer is an Australian guy called Lex, and he's a friend of my bestie Kat! So I checked them out maybe a week before the festival and loved it, it was a clear must see for me 😀 Right after we were off to see another fairly new discovery: Skindred!  They opened for Disturbed when they were last in Paris, a few months ago, and they were WILD. Such an energetic and fun gig!  "Take your tops off!!!""OK!!" >< Next up were Mad Sin at warzone!  The front of this sign read "I don't have anything to say, I just like carrying signs", haha. I love people who get involved and make signs, dress up etc. ❤ Sylvain was feeling moody.  Nah, just kidding! He was his normal, happy self :)))  Lunchtime! Pile of meat please!  With three boys and some scorching sun on the side!  Managed to catch the last of Whitesnake, here I go again and all that. Didn't really need to see more than that!  Then planted ourselves in front of Mainstage 2.  I tried to catch some sneaky shade under Guillaumes hat.  It was Def Leppard-time!  Unfortunately it fell a bit flat this time. I've seen them twice before and they've had such good energy, this was tight and all but just felt a bit tired. We also happened to stand around some really annoying people, didn't help either.. this gig only gets 2 out of 4 trotters. But hey, I got some cool shots at least 😏 Straight after it was ZZ top-time! Guillaumes highlight I think, but I was all crowd-ed out at this point so D. and I popped off to the side and watched from there.  ZZ top are always great though ❤ Then the nights big headliners were up: Kiss. Controversial opinion coming up: absolute snooze fest.  No more comments on that subject, we quickly moved towards warzone!  Where The Adicts were playing!  And WOWZA what a gig!!! I didn't know anything about them, but Sylvain had said it was a must so we decided to give it a go. SO glad we did, one of the highlights of the festival! We bounced around like happy bunnies in front of the stage for an hour, what a great end to the day!  Thank you Adicts!!!  Waved goodnight to Lemmy 👋 And nailed another pizza from Hell's food court before leaving the festival area.  Some had been entirely beaten by this Saturday at Hellfest ><One more day to go guys!
