LAST OUTDOOR CINEMA OF THE YEAR.

Last night I met up with old friend Angela for what I thought would be this years last outdoor cinema. She hadn't been before so I was excited to share one of my favourite things to do here with her. Guess how disappointed we were when they announced that it was cancelled due to winds?? The most annoying part was that it felt completely still, couldn't feel a single, tiny little gust. Boo. So turns out, when Duncan and I went on Saturday it was (unbeknownst to us) the last time for this year! We had our usual set up with us :)  We were there early, to get good spots. D checked out the food truck of the night.  And came back with a little appetizer :)))) I wore my new, blue dress. 100% cotton and SUPER COMFY. And you know, not black :O Cheers D. :)  When it got dark and the screen was blown up we put on cozy sweaters and had our dinner. I had made a simple pasta salad which we had with stuffed vine leaves & baguette and cantal cheese. Perfect picnic food.  We watched Almodovar's Atame, which I found slightly problematic. But I love his aesthetic and still really enjoyed the movie, it led to long discussions afterwards. A lovely Saturday night with my man!
