DOWNLOAD 2018, DAY III.
Day three at Download Paris started with one of my latest faves: The Struts! (<--- click for my favourite track) We were happy pretty much the whole time :))) Luke Spiller is such a great frontman, completely won everyone in the crowd over. Here he's got everyone crouched down on the ground, about to jump up and go crazy. FUN. Thank you Struts!! Come by Paris soon, will you? Then we headed over to another stage and another band, unfortunately I can't even remember what they were called :O the frontwoman had a great voice, the guy on the left (in the stripes) was a bit of a poser. That much I remember! ARGENTINIAN MEAT PLATTER EVERY DAY PLEASE. Hehehheee. Fast forward a few hours: Foo Fighters! Can't say that I've listened a hell of a lot to them, but I've heard that they're a great live band. They didn't disappoint :) It may sound super cheesy, but I really felt the love <3 I love how everyone in the band were involved in the show (pictured: the drummer singing)! One of my favourite parts was when the bassist (sorry fans, I feel bad not knowing everyones names :/ ) sang Alice Coopers "Under my wheels", he even joked about how no one would ever say that their favourite bit of the show was just that but hey! Look at that :)) Another favourite bit: when they brought Luke Spiller (The Struts) up to sing Under Pressure. He won me over even more at this point. What a showman! Thanks Foo Fighters, it was fun! The night ended at the packed bar in the campground, where DJs were playing and people were headbanging on tables. Fun, but the crowd felt super young :/ Anyway, that sums up the second to last day at Download this year! Last bit (and the whole reason to why I got a ticket in the first place) still to come :)
