ABOUT SLEEP.

I’ve been sleeping better than usual lately - at least in the sense that I have no big issues falling asleep at night and I manage to get up at a reasonable hour almost every day. That being said, I have bad and stressful dreams almost every night.. it’s a terrible feeling waking up with a gasp and racing heart when the alarm goes off. Not quite sure how to handle it, any ideas are welcome! Anyway, now I’m sat in the sun by the Swedish school while the girls are doing their activities. Going to read a bit before they come out again, I’m thinking we’re in for a good afternoon :)  Good pick me up from nightmares: a proper breakfast and some reading for a relaxing start to the day ☀️
