A PILE OF PICS.

Hi friends! Mumma bear has just left for Stockholm, so has the worst of the heat by the looks of it. Pheeeew! I've got a whole pile of pics from the past few weeks, that I've just not gotten around to posting. So thought I'd do them all in one go now, come along! Maybe two weeks ago I was meeting up with Kat for a night at the cinema, sent her this pic along with "where are you??? 😭". Turns out I had gone the complete wrong way, we eventually found each other :) we saw this and it was awesome! ❤ The Cure.  One morning I was up at dawn to pick up free shampoo from a fellow Swede! I don't often get up early, but for nice, free shampoo & conditioner I apparently will :)))) Quite lovely wandering around the Marais before the hoards of tourists invade.   One day D. and I hung around Luxembourg gardens.  I love this weird, tilted tree.  Spotted this cute little message outside of The Moose.  I believe this was the 13th of July, an absolutely gorgeous summer night along the Seine. We caught up with Angela who was visiting from Nantes, we used to hang out in this area all the time so it was a bit of a blast from the past.  One night I took the time to french braid (or dutch braid? Can someone please explain the difference???) my hair, something I'm still not quite used so still takes me a very long time. Not sure what I made this whole effort for, but I was obviously quite happy with it when I was done :))) Maybe sol at the moose?  Or a pint at Rosa Bonheur sur Seine! Love that place!  Spent one last (😭😭😭) afternoon with my little girls, who have now left Paris, pretty much for good. Cannot think about this too much as it makes me extremely sad. Quickly moving on.  To pizza! At this place!  Really liked their interior. Greenery, stone floor, fairy lights. Felt very mediterranean.  So simple, yet so effective. Smart decorator!  Really yummy pizzas as well! We got them to go but were a bit disappointed when we realised that they weren't sliced at all.  D. quickly befriended our neighbours who had both knives and a pug!! Jackpot!  Ate pizza, enjoyed the evening sun, cheered with these two. Good night.  Now for some food! We've been having a lot of pitas here chez nous lately. Such an easy and yummy dish. You can stuff it with pretty much anything, although we've been favouring aubergine, zucchini, halloumi, tomato, tzatsiki and rocket. Yum.  The other day I got a sudden urge for quiche! This pretty much never happens, so I felt I had to jump on it.  Trout, butter fried spinach and feta topped with a mixture of egg, creme fraiche, cheddar and mozzarella. Mmmmm.  A couple of hot tips before I round off, from me to you. <------ We watched an absolute gem of a film recently, Dead & Breakfast it was called. It went straight on to my favourite movies-list! Great soundtrack as well. ------->One of my top podcasts. There aren't that many episodes out, so I'm trying to make them last for as long as possible. This episode was amazing.
