CHIA PUDDING

CHIA PUDDING WITH BERRIES   1 can organic coconut milk 1/4 cup organic chia seeds 1 tbsp. organic agave honey 1 tsp. vanilla (optional)     Mix everything together and pour into cups (usually enough for 3-4 servings) and put in the fridge for 1 hour. If you dont have any coconut milk, almond milk would work just as well but I prefer the coconut wich gives it a sweeter taste. Serve with fresh berries. I love this, its soo good and you can eat it guilty free!
