Inside you find - Raw Cashew, Coconut Milk, Coconut Yogurt, Madagascar Vanilla, Cinnamon, Raw Honey, Milled Flaxseed, Chia Seeds, Goji Berries, Cacao Nibs, Almond Flakes, Coconut Flakes and Blueberries. A coconut latte (best latte ever!) and my favourite smoothie at the moment called THE BEAR. It's made out of Spinach, Cucumber, Kale, Avocado, Spirulina, Vanilla, Almond Milk w/ Hemp Seed and Bee Pollen Sprinkle. IT'S DELICIOUS! Avocado on toast - can you ever get tired of it? I don't think so, it never goes out of style ;) This is with gluten free bread. Today’s lunch (which I could easily have for breakfast too!)! That I love and a very into healthy eating in nothing new. It just makes me feel so much better, it gives me energy and I want to fuel my body with only the best (but I do have cheating days tho). My go to place at the moment is The Good Life Eatery. It’s super close to my job in Chelsea which is perfect. They have so much good food, smoothies and green juices and also sweet treats if you feel like something extra. If I don’t have a lunch date I just bring it back to work but I have been really good lately when it comes to making my own lunch. That’s something I want to become ever better at this fall and making a smoothie in the morning to take with me take no time at all. <3
