Okay, I'm officially calling it... This is the best smoothie out there right now and I will most likely be drinking it throughout the whole of spring. It's just so refreshing and filled with everything that my body need right now! All you need is:1 frozen banana1/2 handful blueberries1/2 handful raspberries 1 serve of your favourite natural plant based proteinMacaNut butter if you wantWater or nut milk (make sure its a completely natural nut milk)
